Club Entrepreneur
July MeetingWow! The July Club Entrepreneur meeting got me so excited that I had to quit drinking coffee... In all seriousness the adrenaline I have pumping everyday now is so powerful that the combination of that and the coffee is just too much for me to handle!
At our meeting, Ingrid lit up the room with her fascinating stories, including how she was dubbed as "learning disabled" as a child, and how the education system told her parents she wouldn't excel in life... Not too surprising actually for someone who became a great success, it's amazing how institutions often have everything backwards... Ingrid shared 10 principles of success... Not unlike our usual style, Club Entrepreneur quickly recognized Ingrid as a very important catalyst for the entrepreneurial movement, even before we met. So, during her visit, we knew with every ounce of our being that Ingrid and Club Entrepreneur were made for each other. In the late-night hours following the meeting, Ingrid and the Club E founders decided to merge the ESB Network with Club Entrepreneur! Effective immediately, Club Entrepreneur/ESB are now the "Club E Network". Beyond our plans to expand the organization globally, Club E will be opening up an online social network within the next 2 months that will keep you all closely connected with your Club E chapter, and allow you to reach out to Club E members all over the world. In addition, we will be creating the premier television network for entrepreneurs, bringing you stories from some of the world's most successful people, as well as the inside stories of other Club E members worldwide. This is all coming before you know it, so stay tuned! Best wishes, Corey Kossack June Meeting
What an electric night! The energy at Club Entrepreneur was at an all-time high with the presence of the greatest entrepreneurial thinker of our time, Michael Gerber. Michael teaches us that entrepreneurship is not reserved for a rare and special few, but for each and every person on earth, whether they know it or not. But without the synergy of the passion of the heart and the passion of the mind, we'll never be able to take our impossible dream and make it real.
Michael's dream is a big one, to awaken the entrepreneur within every man, woman and child on earth. Fortunately for all of us, Club Entrepreneur has the same vision. You can find more about his vision, visit In the Dreaming Room Together, we can build the largest organization of entrepreneurs on the planet, and it starts now. Michael is embarking on a 55-city tour on which he will be spreading the message of Club Entrepreneur, planting seeds to open a chapter of Club Entrepreneur in every city he visits. So before you know it, you'll be able to stop in on a Club Entrepreneur meeting in every city you travel to, the possibilities are endless! I'd like to take a moment to Thank some of our sponsors for helping make Club Entrepreneur possible.

Best wishes, April MeetingThe April Club Entrepreneur meeting was held at the Bamboo Club in downtown in Tempe, AZ.
FBLA is a nonprofit educational association of students preparing for careers in business. The FBLA provides programs for high school students across the nation. CoE student-entrepreneur Shannon Dolan introduced Jim Riggs, founder of Shea Commercial — the largest developer of office condominiums in the United States and a leading broker of commercial real estate including offices, retail and industrial — to share his personal story of entrepreneurship .
Jim described the ways in which he has been periodically challenged to "reinvent" his company as the business environment and financial opportunities changed.
The Question and Answer period gave Club E members the ability to elicit expert advice about their ventures. The rest of the evening was spent in networking and meeting new friends. March MeetingA Message from Corey Kossack: "If you were unable to attend the March Club Entrepreneur meeting, you really missed out! The event started with the announcement of the $250 million university venture fund that was recently established. Student businesses that merit it can now receive unprecedented funding to launch their new ventures." "With the acquisition of start-up capital being one of the major roadblocks for up-and-coming entrepreneurs, this new initiative will streamline the success of the innovative new business concepts that are already being generated at Grand Canyon University's College of Entrepreneurship, and will be available at subsequent Colleges of Entrepreneurship across the country as they open."
"We were very privileged to have the Sloan Brothers, founders of StartupNation.com, join us and impart some wisdom to our eager members. Jeff and Rich Sloan shared their story with us, from launching and selling an Arabian Horse Breeding operation to starting the world's largest online community of entrepreneurs."
"What invigorates me about the Club E group is the passion and energy level that is brought to every meeting. Our members are so excited to be there and get the opportunity to meet others who are just like them. I trust that this energy and enthusiasm will continue to grow as our endeavors progress toward greater and great success!" "We have a great meeting coming up April 10, with Jim Riggs, CEO of the former Shea Commercial which has now been split into two companies, Prudential and SAXA. Jim's company is the largest office condominium builder in the country, is a master negotiator and an all around great guy! I heard him speak in an entrepreneurship class last year, and he is definitely worth showing up for! See you all there on the 10th!"
Best wishes, 2007 Kick-off Meeting"The inaugural state-wide Club Entrepreneur meeting was a smashing success! I would like to extend a special thank you to all who were in attendance and those who have supported our efforts."
